What is it you plan to do

with your one

wild and precious life?

Mary Oliver

Welcome.

The therapeutic relationship is a partnership between two experts: One brings clinical expertise and the other, lived. Together, we’ll develop a working understanding of where your particular suffering comes from and what maintains it before deciding what change might look like.

I work with individuals, couples, parents, and families as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. These might arise from past traumas, ongoing life stress or transitions, caregiving, and other stressors. I have particular experience working with individuals with trauma histories, LGBTQIA+ folks, young adults, women (including all woman-identified people), parents, and couples.

My approach is strengths-based and grounded in evidence, drawing on emotion-focused, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and family systems modalities. I consider each person in the context of their unique developmental history and current environments to help clients create the changes they're seeking.

In addition to therapy, I offer diagnostic assessments and school-based consultations for individuals ages 2 and up.
